Certain colours can display a slight grain when viewed very close-up - for this reason solid colours are not recommended for extreme close-up or macro photography.

Our vinyl backdrops are available in two sizes:
- Standard size: 60 x 90cm / 2 x 3ft
- Large size: 90 x 120cm / 3 x 4ft
For replica texture designs, standard sizes are a crop of the larger size. We never scale up our artwork, with the exception of some abstract/non-replica designs which we crop according to aesthetic.
*Sizing specified can be +/- 1cm, and may include a partial mirror bleed, as all backdrops are cut by hand. A white labelled border is included at the top edge of every backdrop.

I am so thrilled that I happened to bump into Club Color Backdrops by chance. I usually do makeup photography shoots and always use my large 5x7-foot or 10x6-foot cloth backgrounds. But now that I started my own business last year, selling my handcrafted silicone prosthetics, the large fabric backdrops just didn't cut it for focusing on my product shots. I recently did a quick Google search for the best backdrops for product photography and, after looking through a couple of sites, I stumbled across Club Color. I was thrilled to find that not only did you already offer such a wide range of vinyl backdrops, but you also offered CUSTOM COLORS! Being that I am very color-focused for my brand, this was a godsend! I was able to match the exact colors I needed. I already took 9 more product shots the other day, and it makes a world of difference showcasing my silicone prosthetics. I also wanted to note, the size, quality, and the price are fantastic! I officially fell in love with this brand and will 100% be ordering more of your general backdrops along with custom colors.

We've been shopping with Club Backdrop for many years now, the website is easy to use, the shipping is incredibly fast (even on customs) and the backdrops are fantastic quality. We've never had an issue and always look forward to a new shipment. Will continue to use for many years to come I'm sure, although storing the like 70 we have is starting to become an issue!

these are amazing - easy to clean, don't crease, and matched my custom colour perfect. sometimes with flash the backdrop starts to look grainy- potentially worth looking into a higher priced premium version that takes flash better :)

Vinyl backdrops are essential for any kind od product photography
Hey Clubbackdrops I’ve bought a tonne of your vinyls and find them really useful, especially being able to choose my own designs and colours. Being a product photographer and taking a lot of close up images or texture shots the printing dots are really visible so I’m restricted on how I can use them, sometimes a client asks for a closeup macro and I have to explain why I can’t due to the printing dots, so I choose to use acrylic instead as it’s a pure colour. The down side to acrylic though is lack of colours and doesn’t match the ones I’ve specifically bought from club, so I end up having images on two different backdrops and have to colour match in post. Is there anything that can be done to improve the print to be a more solid colour? Thanks
Store owner replied: Hey Tom, thanks so much for your kind words and for returning to us again – we really appreciate your continued support! Regarding the issue you mentioned: the CMYK printing process does naturally produce visible dots, which can become noticeable under macro photography - particularly on flat colours. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the print method itself and not something we’re able to eliminate on our end. As noted on our product page and in the Proofing Guide, we generally advise against flat colours for macro work for this reason. Some textured designs tend to mask the effect a little better, so there is potential for a solution there when close-up detail is important, though we appreciate textures don’t suit every situation. That said, we're glad you've have a workaround - even if it’s not perfect, and we're happy to discuss further if you have more questions. Just reach out to us through the ‘Help’ tab on the website. Brilliant - quick, fast service and excellent quality
We love the backdrops and that you can wipe off the vinyls, however, they do "knick" easily. We are very careful with the back drops, but 2 got knicked during first photos shoot.
